Blake Lively Talks Pregnancy, Shares New Bump Pictures on Preserve

Look at Blake’s bump! Blake Lively, who’s currently expecting her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds, shared more photos of her baby bump on Friday, Oct. 10, on her lifestyle website Preserve, alongside a brief essay about her pregnancy thus far.

“With a new baby on the way there is so much to do!” Lively, 27, wrote in a post titled, “Bringing Up Baby.” One of the photos accompanying the post features the pregnant actress beaming and clutching her burgeoning baby bump. In this pic, she’s wearing the same form-fitting Sam & Lavi skirt and blouse that she wore in her pregnancy announcement.

The Gossip Girl alum also shared numerous photos from an outdoor autumn-themed baby shower, featuring her with two pregnant pals.

“But before experiencing the joy of 3am screams, seemingly impossible amounts of poop and having a favorite shirt covered in reflux…” Lively, wearing a cozy oversized plaid jacket, muses in her blog post. “There are presents to open, onesies to dye, there is cake to serve, advice to be shared and all around celebration to be had.”

The group of women glow as they open presents, nosh apples, and laugh beneath a decorative makeshift ceiling. “And that we did…” the excited mom-to-be concludes in her update.

Lively’s latest photo essay for Preserve includes links for readers to directly purchase items featured at her party, like clothing, decorations, and more. (The star previously described her new lifestyle website as “part magazine, part e-commerce hub, part philanthropic endeavor.”)

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress promised readers in her pregnancy reveal this past Monday, that the month of October “will be sprinkled with highlights for women in this exciting chapter of their lives.”
