Not a full house anymore! Candace Cameron Bure may have her hands full with kids on her Netflix series, Fuller House, but in real life the mom of three is a soon-to-be an empty-nester.
“It’s sad to think that my kids aren’t going to be in my house every day. I’m only a year or two away from it. I have such a great relationship with my kids, my husband [Valerie Bure] does too,” Bure recently told Us. “We’re just a really close family.”
Bure, 42, explained that her oldest daughter Natasha, 20, still lives at home, but her sons, Lev, 18, and Maksim, 16, “won’t be there very long.”
“I absolutely love the teenage years,” the author of the new children’s book, Candace Center Stage, revealed. “I’m excited for them because I love seeing who they’ve grown into and who they are going to be and what kinds of mark they’re going to make on the world. I’m looking forward to them exploring their own lives.”
As for the actress, she may be exploring some alone time with her husband of 22 years for the first time now. “Our kids do everything with us,” she admitted to Us.
“We already have a good balance, but it will give us even more freedom. I think Boris, my dog, actually is the one that makes us stay home,” she continued. “He makes us not go on vacation because Boris needs the attention, not really my kids.”
