Eric and Lara Trump celebrated the christening of their son, Luke, in a very patriotic way, Us Weekly exclusively confirms.
Eric, 34, Lara, 35, and Luke, 7 months, flew to Washington, D.C., on President Donald Trump’s jet to host the party at the private residence of the White House on Saturday, April 28. The guest list included Donald Trump Jr., Vice President Mike Pence, second lady Karen Pence and other family members and friends.
“Guests were offered a tour of the wing, including the Lincoln Bedroom, where a copy of the Gettysburg Address is kept,” a source tells Us.
Eric and Lara married at his father’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, in November 2014. The couple announced in March 2017 that they were expecting their first child together. They welcomed Luke (whose full name is Eric Luke Trump) in September.
The baby boy made his TV debut at the White House’s annual Easter Egg Roll in April. “He’s been so much fun,” Eric gushed during an interview with Fox News at the time. “We’ve had an amazing year. We’re so blessed. We’re so fortunate as a family. It’s so incredible.”
Lara chimed in, “He’s such a happy baby. Honestly, I really can’t believe how lucky we are. He’s so happy. He smiles all the time.”
