Another baby on the way! Haylie Duff is pregnant with her second child, she confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.
“We are so excited to finally share our good news,” Duff tells Us. “Ryan is so excited to be a big sister!”
Duff shared the exciting news with her Instagram followers on Friday, January 5. “Round 2! Ryan thinks our new baby is growing in HER belly! 💕,” she captioned an adorable photo of her 2-year-old daughter (with fiancé Matt Rosenberg.) “#FamilyOf4.”
Duff recently opened up to Us Weekly exclusively about the desire to expand her family, although she wants a larger one than may be possible. “I would love to have a huge family. I feel like it was just us growing up and if we had our choice we would have these big, crazy families. But you actually have to have all those babies. I cannot do that,” Duff, 32, said at the Words With Friends 2 Launch Party on November 9. “I do love the idea of a big family.”
The Real Girl’s Kitchen host also revealed how she and Rosenberg split parenting responsibilities. “The truth is, I have a very helpful partner so it’s never ‘you have to do this and I have to do that.’ It’s not delegated that way,” the Libby’s Vegetables partner told Us on December 13. “It’s all hands on deck. I feel really lucky that I have somebody who wants to do things with her. Our bedtime routine, sometimes there’s both of us which is really nice. I guess I could try to make him cook more, but I don’t know if anybody really wants that (laughs). I tend to be the one doing all of the meals!”
