“Because this even exists too … and it’s not OK,” the yoga instructor, 35, captioned a screenshot of her since-deleted exchange with a troll on Thursday, April 4.

The negative message in her comments section read, “Nothing is private anymore…good god you’re annoying.”

Baldwin wrote back, “Why are you on my page? I would suggest that you go through and read even just a handful of comments from people who have experienced the same thing. And maybe your heart and compassion will grow.”

The fitness guru, who shares Carmen, 5, Rafael, 3, Leonardo, 2, and Romeo, 10 months, with her husband, Alec Baldwin, revealed earlier that same day that she was expecting another child, noting that the chances were “very, very small” that her pregnancy was viable.

“The embryo has a heartbeat, but it isn’t strong, and the baby isn’t growing very much,” she captioned a mirror selfie at the time. “So we wait — and this is hard. So much uncertainty. … I have complete confidence that my family and I will get through this, even if the journey is difficult.”

She explained that she was revealing this to her followers because she wanted “to be a part of the effort to normalize miscarriage and remove the stigma from it.”

Hilaria added: “There is so much secrecy during the first trimester. This works for some, but I personally find it to be exhausting. I’m nauseous, tired, my body is changing. And I have to pretend that everything is just fine — and it truly isn’t. I don’t want to have to pretend anymore. I hope you understand.”

The Saturday Night Live star, 61, showed support for his wife’s honest upload on Instagram with a post of his own.

“My wife is kind and generous in support of other women,” he captioned the Living Clearly Method author’s selfie.
