Kathryn Morris has welcomed baby boy twins! The former Cold Case star and fellow actor, Johnny Messner, welcomed twins on Wednesday, Aug. 21, a rep for the actress confirms exclusively to Us Weekly.
"We are so grateful for these healthy, beautiful boys," the couple said in a statement. The twin boys — their names yet to be revealed — weighed in at 6 lbs 14 oz. and 6 lbs 10 oz. at 8:12 a.m. at Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. Mom and babies are said to be doing great. "We are so blessed," the new dad added via Twitter.
The first-time parents — together for three-and-a-half years — announced they were expecting in April. "We're beyond excited and doubly blessed!" the happy couple told Us at the time. "Happiest man in the World. 2 Dirty Messner boys on there way!!!!" the Equalizer actor added via Twitter.
Morris, 44, and Messner, 43, opened up about their relationship during an interview on Brett Gursky's podcast On The List on the HAHAJK network in April. "We complement each other very well," the new mom shared. "I worked hard to woo her," Messner added. "We make the best team."
Morris is best known for her work as Detective Lilly Rush on the CBS series, which ended in 2010.
