Kenya Moore has a baby on the way! The Real Housewives is Atlanta star announced on Sunday, April 8, that she and husband Marc Daly are expecting their first child together.
“We will definitely be welcoming a boy or girl in late this year,” Moore said on part 1 of the RHOA season 10 reunion. “Oh, my God, I said that! I don’t want to talk about the details because I’m still very nervous about everything so I want to get past a safe place.”
Moore, 47, has been very vocal about wanting to expand their family. In November 2017, she was reportedly undergoing IVF treatments.
“Let’s just say that we definitely want to have a child. I’m not opposed to treatments, so I wouldn’t be ashamed of that,” the reality star told Us Weekly, addressing the reports in an exclusive interview in December. “Let’s just hope in the next year we will see some results from whatever I’m doing.”
She also told Us that Daly, who she married in a secret ceremony in June 2017, can’t wait to be a father.
“He wants to be the kind of father that is really involved,” Moore said at the time. “He dreams of driving a minivan. I’m like, who dreams of driving a minivan? He’s so excited. I think it’s cute. The minivan or a Ferrari? Minivan might attract housewives, real housewives, and a Ferrari might attract the wrong type of women who might think he’s single.”
