Khloé Kardashian expected her baby weight to keep melting off. In July, the Revenge Body host revealed she had shed 33 pounds just three months after giving birth to daughter True. But the 34-year-old has since hit a frustrating plateau.
Kardashian, who shares the 4-month-old with Tristan Thompson, revealed on her app that she wants to knock off 17 more pounds. “I get really discouraged,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star wrote on Monday, September 10. But then she looks back on her incredible transformation in 2013. “I try to remind myself how long it took the first time to lose all my weight,” she noted. “I have about 17 pounds left to lose, and then I want to tighten my muscles back up.”
The Strong Looks Better Naked author isn’t taking any drastic measures to zip back into her pre-baby jeans. “I’m still eating healthy (when I can) and working out, but some days are harder than others,” she shared. “But, for now, I’m just not putting pressure on myself and enjoying being a mommy. I know I’ll hit my fitness goal — and it will feel soooo good.”
Kardashian and her 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers player love to inspire each other at the gym. In June, celebrity trainer Don Brooks gushed to Us Weekly that the couple “kind of feed off the energy of each other” when they’re working up a sweat.
