The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, 36, broke down her wacky method in six easy-to-follow steps, and even revealed that her younger sister Kim Kardashian was the one who showed her how to do it!
“I’m gonna show you guys something that Kim taught me, when we were 7 or 8, and it’s pretty life-changing,” the mom of three says in the clip. “It makes you eat less, since you’re eating it so slow.”
The first step, she explains, is to simply break off one of the Kit Kat bars. The next step is to then eat the chocolate off of each end.
“You’re not supposed to eat the crunchy part yet,” she notes.
Next, she says to nibble the chocolate off of each side.
“Then, you pull the top layer off, and eat that,” she says for the fourth step.
“By the way, this tastes so much better,” she declares.
The fifth step is to separate the bottom, and eat that part.
The best part is the last step, Kardashian claims.
“Eat the middle piece, which is so good, and that’s it!” the eldest Kardashian sister says as she eats the remainder of the candy bar.
