Not one, but two little baseball players on the way! Meghan King Edmonds took to Instagram to announce that she and her husband, Jim Edmonds, are expecting twin boys.
“Surprise, surprise! We’re having TWINS! Oh boy oh boy! 💙💙#doubletrouble #threeundertwo,” the Real Housewives of Orange County star wrote on Thursday, December 21, via Instagram.
Jim, who has four children from two previous marriages, also posted the photo on Instagram.
“Edmonds twins coming soon,” the former MLB player wrote. “🤰🎟🎟 we are excited to announce our new news. #lookoutworld.”
Meghan’s RHOC costar Shannon Beador showed her support by commenting “🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼” on the post.
As previously reported, the Bravo reality star announced her pregnancy last month.
“So we’ve made it to the announcement: Aspen is going to be a big sister!” Meghan wrote on her blog at the time. “It was so hard for us to keep it a secret from everyone especially since we shared our entire IVF journey with Aspen on RHOC from the very beginning. Tonight on the RHOC reunion you’ll see that I’m only one month pregnant, but that was filmed five weeks ago: we are now ten weeks pregnant (and I’m feeling every bit of it)!”
Meghan and Jim, who tied the knot in October 2014, welcomed 13-month-old daughter Aspen in November 2016 after undergoing in vitro fertilization.
The reality TV personality spoke to Us Weekly exclusively in August about being a mother.
“Yeah, I want to be pregnant again I love being a mom and if it was up to me, I’d have like five babies!” Meghan explained at the time, adding that her married life is “stronger than ever” after a rough couple months following Aspen’s birth.
“We have this new found respect for each other. Its almost like we fell in love all over again,” Meghan said.
