Another mini-me for Nick Cannon. The actor is expecting a baby with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell, and a source confirms exclusively to Us Weekly that the pair are expecting a baby boy.
Last month, Us exclusively revealed that the America’s Got Talent host, 36, is going to be a father again. Former Miss Arizona USA Bell, 29, who Cannon has dated on and off since his 2014 split from ex-wife Mariah Carey, is currently about seven months along in her pregnancy.
The All That alum confirmed the exciting news during an interview with the Breakfast Club on November 17. “Who said it wasn’t mine?” Cannon replied when asked about Bell’s pregnancy. “I’ve got a baby on the way … absolutely … God said be fruitful and multiply.”
Cannon, who shares 5-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan with Carey, also told Entertainment Tonight that he’s thrilled to welcome a third child. “It’s outstanding,” he said. “Honestly, they say even in unexpected situations, you still embrace the beauty of bringing a life into this world, because that is what life is all about.”
Bell has taken to Instagram to share several photos of her growing baby bump. In one pic, several of her beauty pageant friends reach over to touch her belly. “A sweet moment of #celebration with a few of the many incredible women in my life,” she wrote. “Miss USA/Miss Universe not only puts you in a rare sisterhood no money can buy but your child ends up with some of the most naturally beautiful, sweetest, and strongest women from the country/world to call Aunties!!”
