Treating her like a queen! Eva Longoria gushed about husband Jose Baston and revealed how he’s supporting her through her pregnancy.
“Oh, he’s been amazing. He’s always amazing though,” the 43-year-old told Us Weekly and other reporters on Thursday, May 10, at a women’s empowerment luncheon at Yardbird Southern Table & Bar in L.A. hosted by the Global Gift Foundation. “He’s always massaging me and feeding me, so that’s two things I really like to do.”
The Desperate Housewives alum, who is in her third trimester, also revealed that she’s “excited” to give birth and “not really nervous.”
Despite her positive mentality, Longoria also opened up about one frustrating part of her pregnancy. “I’m OK. I just can’t be on my feet that long,” she said.
Us confirmed in December 2017 that Longoria and Baston, who shares three children with ex-wife Natalie Esperon, are expecting their first child together.
Although she doesn’t fear the future, Longoria struggled through the first few weeks of her pregnancy. “I was so nauseous and tried,” she told Us in February, adding that she found out about her bundle of joy while directing The Mick. “I thought they’re going think I’m a terrible director because I’m just sleeping all the time! Every chance I got, I took a nap!”
Nonetheless, Longoria was overjoyed when learning about the “beautiful surprise” growing in her belly. She also hosted a star-studded baby shower earlier this month to celebrate her baby-to-be. Melanie Griffith, Sophia Bush, Elizabeth Banks and Roselyn Sanchez were among the attendees.
