Think pink! Pregnant Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams revealed on Saturday, October 27, that she is expecting a baby girl.
The Bravo star and her fiancé, Dennis McKinley, revealed the news about their first child together at a gender reveal party.
A video posted on Instagram by Bianca Haly, an associate producer and writer for Fox’s DishNation, showed the mom-to-be with blue and white hair and wearing a curve-hugging nude dress as she and McKinley held confetti poppers at the event.
After a DJ counted down to 1 the sky was filled with pink confetti but Porsha’s own popper exploded with blue. The star appeared to be surprised as she dropped the offending cylinder as the guests screamed in excitement. TV cameras were visible in the clip, meaning that the party, which also featured a dance crew, will likely be shown on RHOA.
Another video showed Williams addressing the crowd as an additional cloud of pink confetti erupted in the sky. She rubbed her belly bump and said, “Now I’m totally excited. It’s official. PJ is here! It’s a girl.”
Williams later shared her own videos from the party on her Instagram account, including one that showed her dancing as she cradled her bump. She hashtagged it #MiniPrincessPorsha.
The happy news comes a month after the reality TV star appeared to accidentally reveal the sex of her child. She commented on a photo showing four babies napping under salon hair dryers, writing, “Omg I wish my baby was out !! I would have her right there getting done up lol.”
Us Weekly confirmed in September that Williams and McKinley are expecting. The pair, who went public with their relationship on social media in June, revealed on September 30 that they are engaged. The 37-year-old took to Instagram to show off her massive engagement ring — a blinding 13-carat colorless diamond with more than four carats of additional stones set around the rock and encrusted on the band.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to return to Bravo later this year.
