Body positive! Teddi Mellencamp posed for a topless mirror selfie two weeks after her pregnancy announcement.
“When it comes to our bodies, we have a choice: to criticize them or embrace them,” the Bravo personality, 38, captioned the Instagram post. “I spent many years fixated on the stretch marks that run down my inner thighs or the loose skin on my arms … or how my face gets red and blotchy on days I am stressed or eat something that doesn’t agree with me. Well, not today. Not now. I am loving the skin I am in and feeling damn proud about it. Proud to be unapologetically me: a woman who works hard and believes the best is always yet to come, for my mind, soul and yes, body.”
In the social media upload, the ALL IN by Teddi accountability coach covered her chest with one hand while wearing nude underwear and silver heels. Her budding baby bump was on full display.
Us Weekly broke the news earlier this month that the reality star and her husband, Edwin Arroyave, are expecting their third child together. “I’m in my second trimester, 14 weeks,” she told Us exclusively on September 11. “Everything’s good and I’m in the clear, so I’m just starting to get to that point where I’m sharing with everybody. Plus now I have a bump, so there’s not much more hiding I’ll be able to do!”
The South Carolina native, also shares Slate, 6, and Cruz, 5, with the Skyline Security Management founder. Arroyave is also father of daughter Isabella, 10, from a previous relationship.
All three of the little ones are thrilled for their baby brother or sister to arrive. “They are so excited,” John Mellencamp‘s daughter told Us. “They’ve been talking about it for a long time and actually it’s been my son who’s been like, ‘Mom, we need to have another baby,’ and I never wanted to get his hopes up. So when we told him, he was through the roof. So excited.”
The pregnant star added, “They’re already calling it ‘their baby,’ and they have names picked for if it’s a boy or a girl — they’re ready!”
