Her baby bump is poppin’! Teen Mom OG’s Maci Bookout took to Instagram on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8, to share an update about her third pregnancy.
“This momma is ready to pop. #happymothersday,” the reality star, 24, wrote alongside a selfie featuring her growing belly dressed in a faded gray tank top.
As Us Weekly previously reported, the 16 and Pregnant alum is expected to welcome a little boy named Maverick Reed with fiancé Taylor McKinney later this month on May 30. This will be the second child for the couple, who are already parents of Jayde Carter, 11 months. Bookout is also mom of son Bentley, 7, who she shares with her ex Ryan Edwards.
Back in February, the Bulletproof author opened up exclusively to Us about expanding her brood with McKinney.
“I was at the doctor, ironically, to get my birth control prescription refilled!” the MTV personality recounted to Us of the moment she found out she was pregnant again. “I laughed at her! I mean, she’s the doctor that delivered Jayde, so I was like, ‘Ha ha, that’s a funny joke — but it’s not really that funny!’ And she was like, ‘No, seriously!’ And I was like, ‘Oh, OK — well, give me 10 minutes to not freak out … You’re wrong. You’ve got the wrong results, you mixed them up.’ But no, she was serious!”
The duo — who plan to marry this coming October — say they are “absolutely” not making any more additions to their family after baby Maverick is born.
“There are going to be some permanent birth control decisions made immediately after birth,” Bookout told Us.
