7 Little Johnstons alum Anna Johnston was arrested in Georgia for driving under the influence.
Johnston, 26, was booked on DUI charges on October 10, according to jail records viewed by Us. She was released the next day on a $1,563 bond. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup was first to report the news, citing a police report that stated the former reality TV star had been found with boyfriend Jeffrey Messervy and his cousin in a car parked on the highway.
“At the time of my arrival, [Jeffrey] was on the phone with a friend asking them to come pick the three of them up so that Anna would not have to drive any further,” the officer wrote in a report.
The police officer subsequently asked Johnson to complete a breathalyzer test after she allegedly appeared to slur her speech. The Ashley claims that Johnston’s blood alcohol content (BAC) was 0.139. (In Georgia, it is illegal to drive with a BAC higher than 0.08.)
When Johnston was booked into the local jail, she smiled for her mugshot in a photo obtained by The Ashley.
Johnston has not publicly addressed the arrest or accusations. Us reached out for comment.
Anna is one of the daughters of 7 Little Johnstons stars Amber and Trent Johnston, who has since left the show and been estranged from her parents.
“I’m at that point it’s like, ‘Yes, y’all attempted to talk to me and stuff like that and it’s we’re not getting anywhere,’” Anna said in a confessional during a December 2025 episode of the TLC series. “There’s nothing else to work out. I’m definitely ready just to move on.”
According to Anna, her estrangement from her family began after she took her brother Jonah’s graduation gown without informing anyone.
“They got mad because I didn’t take graduation photos with them. It just kept getting worse and worse, which led to me not even wanting to come around,” she recalled. “I did not go to Alex and Emma’s graduation. I look back and I regret it now, but it was the fact that nobody spoke to me since then.”
Anna added at the time, “I mean, why show up and come and act like everybody [and] everything’s fine?”
While Anna stated that she was focused on her work and the “things that [she] can control,” her parents hadn’t given up hope of a future reconciliation.
“Moving forward, Amber and I will say, and we will keep saying, we’re not going to give up on Anna,” Trent, 50, said in a separate confessional. “When Anna alone wants to sit down with her mom and dad and start building this fence together, we’ll do it.”
