90 Day Fiancé alums Patrick Mendes and Thais Ramone have finalized their divorce.

A divorce decree for Mendes, 36, and Ramone, 29, was filed in Nevada on Tuesday, October 27, according to court documents obtained by Starcasm. Per the outlet, the exes will share joint physical and legal custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi.

The divorce documents further reported that Mendes and Ramone will be required to provide written consent in advance before traveling outside of the United States with Aleesi. Neither party was awarded alimony or child support, with Mendes instead covering all childcare costs pertaining to Aleesi.

Neither Mendes nor Ramone have publicly addressed their divorce. Us has reached out for comment.

Mendes and Ramone met on 90 Day Fiancé season 9 and got married in 2022. Us confirmed in June that Mendes filed for a default divorce one month earlier, requesting sole legal and primary physical custody of Aleesi.

That same day, Ramone was arrested for misdemeanor battery after allegedly slapping Mendes. The charges were eventually dropped.

Two months later, Mendes filed to adjust the terms of their custodial arrangement. In August court documents obtained by Us, Mendes said the exes had “attempted to coparent” Aleesi after agreeing to custody terms. He also alleged that Ramone had been unfaithful.

“[Thais] subsequently reneged on the parties’ agreement, leaving the [exes] without a stable parenting schedule,” Mendes alleged in his petition. “Even though this is [Patrick’s] initial motion, he has done his best to work with [Thais] on the issues of the case without litigation.”

His filing continued, “In fact, the parties previously came up with an agreement resolving custody. However, [Thais] subsequently retained counsel and reneged on that agreement. [Patrick] needs to ensure the parties have enforceable and fair custody orders as soon as possible.”

Ramone vehemently denied the accusations.

“The parties appeared before the Court today and mutually agreed to participate in Family Mediation Center services in an effort to reach an amicable resolution regarding custody. In light of that agreement, the parties also agreed to vacate today’s scheduled hearing,” her lawyer, Carmen Marisol, told Us in a statement. “A motion filed earlier this week contained inaccurate factual allegations concerning alleged marital misconduct. Counsel for the opposing party has since acknowledged that those statements were included in error, and counsel for both parties have agreed that the motion will be stricken.”

Marisol added at the time, “Our client remains focused on resolving the parties’ custody issues respectfully, privately, and in the best interests of the child. We will not be commenting further on allegations that the parties and counsel have agreed should not remain before the Court.”
