Bynes, 28, who got her second DUI this past September, has been in the treatment center for 17 days already. TMZ reports that doctors got an order from a judge that allows them to hold her for another month after claiming she's still "very ill" and "in no shape to care for herself."

Prior to entering the facility on Oct. 10, the actress biked around New York City and attended parties solo. After touching down at LAX, the child star was caught rambling on camera by TMZ, saying: "I want to be like Marilyn Monroe one day…I actually feel like an orphan…my father should be put in jail for a very long time."

In 2013, Bynes spent six months in rehab following a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold after displaying similar erratic behavior.
