Never losing “Focus.” Ariana Grande remained cool, calm, and collected at her concert on Friday, Oct. 30, in Burbank, Calif., after a fan threw a smartphone at her.
The pop star, 22, performed on the Honda Stage at the iHeartRadio Theater, where she performed her new single, “Focus,” for the first time. And when she sat down for a Q&A, things got, well, interesting.
“Did someone throw a phone at me?” Grande asked, after someone in the audience chucked a smartphone at her. “Did someone just throw a phone on stage? That’s so dangerous. What if your screen cracked?”
Shortly after, the phone was found, and the “Bang Bang” singer picked it up, giving it back to the person. “Whose is this? Is this yours? Be careful. Take your phone back.”
Grande also revealed that Jamie Foxx is the man who sings the “focus on me” line from her new single that she debuted on Friday, Oct. 30.
“I really feel like I just gave birth…..” the performed tweeted upon her single’s release. #FOCUS is finally here!”
