The rest is still unwritten for Lauren Conrad's engagement and wedding to William Tell, but her former cohorts from The Hills and Laguna Beach casts are sending their congrats — from afar, anyway.
Us Weekly spoke with Conrad's former roommate, Audrina Patridge, at the DahliaWolf.com launch in West Hollywood, Calif. on Oct. 22, where the 28-year-old said she was happy for her former costar.
"I just found out! That's amazing," she told Us. "I've never met William. I haven't seen Lauren in a few years but I know she's a fun loving girl and as long as he treats her right and she's happy that's all that matters."
Patridge, who has been dating BMX biker Corey Bohan on and off since 2008, admitted that she's always thinking about taking the plunge.
"It's always in the back of my mind," she admitted. "I don't know. Eventually I do want to get married, we'll see though when the time is right."
On The Hills, Patridge had a lengthy on-again-off-again relationship with Justin "Bobby" Brescia and a brief fling with Conrad's ex Brody Jenner.
The reality star, who worked for Epic Records while on The Hills, is taking over for former Bachelorette star Ali Fedotowsky as the host of LXTV. Fedotowsky, 29, has been named a full-time correspondent for E! News, and Patridge is excited to fill her shoes.
"I love being busy again and working!" she told Us, calling the experience "so different" from her time on The Hills. How so? "There's no drama!"
