Dozens of stars hit the red carpet at the 19th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in L.A. Jan. 27, but only one of them stood out to Ben Affleck: Jennifer Garner, his wife of seven years and the mother of his three children.
"She's the most beautiful woman out there," Affleck raved during an interview with Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson. Garner, 40, looked regal wearing an Oscar de la Renta gown, Brian Atwood heels and David Webb jewels; Affleck's Argo ensemble took home the award for outstanding performance by a motion picture cast.
The actor-turned-director also gave his wife props for thanking Argo producers George Clooney and Grant Heslov after he forgot to mention them during his acceptance speech at the 70th Annual Golden Globe Awards Jan. 13. (Check out more photos of Ben and Jen at the SAGs via PopSugar!)
"She was presenting the next award, so I went scrambling around backstage and I went, 'Thank George and Grant for me,'" Affleck recalled. "I narrowly made it under the wire, otherwise I never would have heard the end of it!"
Though Garner may be the apple of his eye, Affleck admitted to having a crush on fellow actor Brad Pitt, 49. "I love Brad Pitt. I think he's amazing," the 40-year-old Massachusetts native said. "I love the way he looks, I'm not going to lie! I think he's awesome. If I could be somebody, it'd definitely be Brad Pitt."
Affleck first confessed his feelings for Pitt in an interview with W magazine. Coincidentally, both Pitt and Affleck dated Academy Award winner Gwyneth Paltrow.
