Double date night! To celebrate their first Valentine’s Day as a married couple, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden brought along some special pals — Nicole Richie and Benji’s twin brother Joel Madden. 

The foursome met up at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif. for dinner at 9 p.m. The newlyweds were spotted holding hands in all-black ensembles. Richie wore a clementine-colored coat and sported pink hair. 

The group greeted Jimmy Kimmel, who was also at the restaurant, and proceeded to sit in a dark corner by themselves. They stayed for around three hours, eating a multi-course meal by candlelight. 

An eyewitness tells Us, “Cameron was having a great time, laughing very loudly at everything Benji said. She was full of energy and was a chatterbox the entire meal. She was whispering to Nicole and laughing, and then looking over at Benji and Joel and laughing. The four of them seem to be super close.” 

Diaz, 42, and Madden, 35, tied the knot in January just after the New Year. The ceremony took place at the Annie star’s Beverly Hills home and Richie was one of Diaz’s bridesmaids.
