Country Carrie's downtime! Carrie Underwood is hard at work writing her latest album, but the 31-year-old tells Us Weekly she's making it a point to carve out time for R&R with husband Mike Fisher this summer.

The family time will be a welcomed break for Underwood, who just debuted her duet with Miranda Lambert, "Somethin' Bad," at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards and will perform it at June 5's CMT Music Awards in Nashville (8 p.m. ET, CMT).

"That whole creative process is such a weird thing," she explains. "I get jacked up on caffeine and go to write. Then I come home and crash with a glass of wine."

For his part, Fisher, 34, leaves his wife of four years to her process. "I try to stay out of her way!" the Nashville Predators forward tells Us.
