Step aside, Kim Kardashian. Donnie Wahlberg broke the Guinness World Record for the most selfies taken in three minutes on Monday, October 24.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, who also captured footage of the record in the making, Wahlberg snapped 122 selfies with fans aboard the sold-out eighth annual New Kids on the Block cruise.
Fans lined up on the deck of the ship and were quickly shuffled along as each took a selfie with the ’90s star.
“This happened and it’s official! @DonnieWahlberg and fans now own the World Selfie Record with @GWR Guinness World Records!” Wahlberg, 47, tweeted on Monday, along with a video of the Guinness World Record official making the announcement.
The former boy bander’s 122 selfies knocked previous title holder, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, off the throne.
The Fast & Furious actor, 44, previously held the title after capturing 105 selfies in three minutes with fans at the London premiere of San Andreas in May 2015.
