Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik Are Back Together

Breakups to make-ups! Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik are back to pillow talk. Though sources confirmed to Us Weekly on June 2 that the model, 21, and the former boy-bander, 23, had split up for good, Hadid called Malik her boyfriend in an Elle interview the next day. She also lip-synched to his song on Snapchat and was spotted wearing a “Z” necklace June 4.

“They broke up and got back together almost right away,” a pal confirms in the new issue of Us Weekly. “Right now, it’s back on, but it could be off again in an hour.”

The insider adds that the duo, who first started dating in November after Hadid split from singer Joe Jonas, are acting their age. “They are young and keep going back and forth,” says the source. “Things are testy between them.”

But a second insider says personality clashes are also at the root of their rocky relationship. “He wants to stay home and hang out, but she loves the limelight,” says the pal. “She loves attention and he hates it. An introvert and an extrovert; we all saw it coming.”

Prior to their short-lived breakup, the famous young couple shared some memorable moments together, including the model’s cameo in the former One Direction singer’s “Pillowtalk” music video, their steamy spread in the May issue of Vogue and coordinating their Tommy Hilfiger outfits at the Met Gala last month.
