Anything can happen!
HBO’s hit series, Girls, has finally released a full-length trailer for season two (set to the tune of Ellie Goulding’s “Anything Can Happen”) and it doesn’t disappoint. Hannah (Lena Dunham), Marnie (Allison Williams), Jessa (Jemima Kirke) and Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet) have all returned with more even more boy problems.
Hannah is trying to break up with boyfriend Adam (Adam Sackler), but he won’t let her go. Jessa is still married, Zosia is still sleeping with Ray (Alex Karpovsky) and Marnie is still single . . . but perhaps not for long.
Lonely Island member Jorma Taccone (Jonathan), whose pickup line to Marnie in season one of Girls stole the show, is making his highly-anticipated return to the show and fulfilling his promise. (In season one, Jonathan told Marnie, ‘The first time I f–k you, I might scare you a little. Because I’m a man, and I know how to do things.’)
In the sneak peek of season two, Jonathan asks Marnie, “When was the last time you had sex?”
Shocked, Marnie replies, “Who do you think I am?”
“Oh, I think you’re a person who’s about to have sex with me,” he says.
Season two of Girls premieres Sunday, Jan. 13 at 9 p.m. EST on HBO.
