Jenelle Evans‘ ex-husband, Courtland Rogers, is behind bars again. The North Carolina native was arrested on Friday, Nov. 20, after failing to appear in court on charges of a speeding ticket and reckless driving, Us Weekly confirms.
Rogers, who wed the Teen Mom 2 star in December 2012, has previously been arrested for heroin possession and has been upfront about his drug addiction. He recently appeared in a local North Carolina TV news station’s documentary about heroin, In the Vein: Hooked on Heroin.
He and Evans were arrested together in April 2013 for heroin possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and assault. The pair officially divorced in June 2014 after the mandatory year of separation due to North Carolina state law.
