Jennifer Aniston and her husband, Justin Theroux, may spend time thousands of miles apart but their relationship is stronger than ever, a source says in the new issue of Us Weekly.
The couple, who wed in 2015, were dogged by rumors of trouble in their marriage at the end of last year, after they worked on separate projects in different cities, but the source tells Us that “there is no drama.”
“They do spend a lot of time apart, but then they come together and it’s that much better,” the source adds.
The Leftovers actor, 46, who was born in Washington D.C. and spent many years based in NYC, enjoys spending time in the Big Apple, while California girl Aniston, 48, would rather be home in L.A., “doing her routine: She does her yoga, eats her healthy meals and gets a facial or a massage. But they appreciate each other and support what makes the other one happy.”
As previously reported, when Theroux was filming the Netflix series Maniac with Emma Stone and a slimmed-down Jonah Hill in NYC last September, the former Friends star would fly from Atlanta, where she was shooting Dumplin’, for romantic weekends with her hubby.
And when they do spend time together their relationship is that much stronger a friend tells Us.
“They give each other space to be individuals,” the pal says. “But they’re life partners. They have built a great life together.”
