Such luxurious locks! John Stamos shared the ultimate throwback photo of himself with former Full House costar Dave Coulier — celebrating Coulier's 57th birthday — via Instagram on Wednesday, September 21.
In the picture, the eternal heartthrob, who played Uncle Jesse on the original '90s sitcom (and is currently reprising his role in Netflix’s Fuller House series), and Coulier rock long mullets and big smiles as they look over their shoulders at the camera.
Stamos, 53, wears a white sweatshirt with the sleeves rolled up, paired with dark stunner shades. Coulier, meanwhile, only flashes a simple watch as an accessory to his white collared shirt and belted slacks.
“Happy Birthday @dcoulier – Remember the days when we’d let just anyone cut our hair?” the Scream Queens actor captioned the image. “Love you!”
Both actors starred on the hit TV series for its entire eight-year run, from 1987 to 1995, and their characters have become inexorably linked to their names, something that Stamos views as both a blessing and a curse.
“Well, it’s been almost 20 or 30 years,” Stamos told Harper’s Bazaar in a new interview. “It’s gone in waves. When we finished Full House I wanted nothing to do with it — not that I didn’t like it, but I wanted to move away from it, and I did. Every time I complain about it, [Bob] Saget goes, ‘Well, you’re the one who brought back the spinoff!’”
