Even Khloé Kardashian gets butterflies! The 33-year-old reality star recalled her first kiss with boyfriend Tristan Thompson in a heartfelt Valentine’s Day-inspired blog post.
“I was so nervous. I liked Tristan so much,” the Good American designer gushed in a post published on her Khloé With a K app on Wednesday, February 14. “It was after a night of us hanging out and we were with a bunch of friends at one of their houses. We were all drinking and telling stories and just enjoying each other’s company.”
The Revenge Body host knew that she and the basketball pro, 26, had undeniable chemistry. “I forgot what led up to that moment, but I do remember that we both started kissing in the kitchen — in front of everyone,” she recalled. “I think we were really passionate, so we made everybody a little uncomfortable, LOL! It was pretty magical! I never want to forget that moment.”
Kardashian has frequently taken to her app to share fond memories of her relationship with the Cleveland Cavaliers player. “I knew Tristan was the one very quickly — I have never felt so comfortable or so safe with someone,” the Strong Looks Better Naked author wrote on Tuesday, February 13. “Tristan was so forthcoming with his life, as I was with mine. It was really reassuring to feel that someone had the same beliefs as I did. We spoke about religion, children and our families.”
Added the E! star: “It’s really easy to fall in love with someone during a honeymoon phase when you haven’t discussed the logistics of life. But you have to talk about the real things if you want a real/long-lasting relationship.”
The couple, who hit it off right from the get-go, are expecting their first child together, a baby boy. Us Weekly broke the happy news in September 2017 and Kardashian confirmed her pregnancy three months later.
“My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of her bare baby bump in December. “I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what he was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life.”
