Don't mess with this KoKo. An infuriated Khloe Kardashian flipped out via Twitter on Wednesday, Oct. 28, after people accused the reality star of capitalizing on Lamar Odom's ongoing hospitalization following the release of her new magazine cover.

Kardashian's cover photos for People — which were shot before Odom was found unconscious on Oct. 13 in a Nevada brothel — were released on Wednesday morning. Those who were unaware of the timeline immediately ripped the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star for cashing in on the situation, which prompted Kardashian to blast out a series of clarification tweets.

She then directed her anger towards her critics. "Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me," Kardashian sniped. "It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your f–ked up energy!"

As previously reported by Us Weekly, Kardashian barely left Odom's bedside after he was hospitalized in critical condition two weeks ago. The fitness-loving star canceled the press tour for her upcoming book, Strong Looks Better Naked, and briefly held off from updating her exclusive app content while she tended to Odom.

Us also confirmed last week that her lawyer Laura Wasser withdrew the former couple's signed divorce documents so that Kardashian could continue to make medical decisions related to Odom, who remains hospitalized in L.A. While things were briefly on hold with her current boyfriend, James Harden, a source revealed to Us that Kardashian and the Houston Rockets player are trying to work things out.

A source close to the situation, meanwhile, has told Us this past week that Odom is "definitely" in need of a kidney transplant, and the full extent of damage done to his body remains unclear. "He's doing a tiny bit better," one insider told Us. "But he has a very long road back to full recovery — if that."
