Khloé Kardashian continues to worry about Lamar Odom. Six months after the former Lakers player, 36, was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel with a mix of drugs and alcohol in his system, his sobriety is being brought back into question, sources say in the new issue of Us Weekly.

“Khloé and the family are concerned Lamar could go back to his old ways,” a Kardashian source tells Us.

Odom was spotted buying drinks for friends at Johnny O'Brien pub in L.A.’s Sherman Oaks neighborhood March 26, a night before he attended Easter services with the family.

Though Kardashian, 31, has been focused on her estranged husband’s health since his near-fatal overdose, “Lamar refuses to listen to her,” an insider says. “He actually said, ‘Nothing will happen to me. Look how I survived this last one.’”

Kardashian sent her security team to accompany Odom, an admitted drug abuser, that night, and he reportedly didn’t consume the alcohol himself.

“He went out with Khloé’s security to meet some friends and get out of the house. He bought them the drinks, but didn’t drink himself,” another source claims. “Khloé’s security guard was with him, which is just like having Khloé with you. He just wanted to get out into the real world for a second and feel normal.”

Still, Kardashian tweeted three days later that she felt “helpless.” “I hate this feeling,” she added.

The one-time NBA forward left the hospital in January and attended his first Lakers game since the incident March 30.

"Lamar was friendly and seemed healthy," an eyewitness told Us. "Lots of people came up to greet him. He seemed happy to be there, he was smiling most of the time."

Despite being in high spirits at the sporting event — where he was a guest of former teammate Kobe Bryant — a source told Us the Kocktails With Khloé host has been “fully supporting” Odom financially since his October hospitalization.

"This is a huge wakeup call for Lamar, for his friends and family," a Kardashian insider said at the time. "Everyone is just really hoping for the best.”
