Despite their differences — and uncomfortably heated arguments during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion special — Kim Richards’ costars are offering their support following her arrest early Thursday morning.
“I feel badly for Kim Richards and her family,” newcomer Eileen Davidson tweeted following the news of the recovering alcoholic’s drunken confrontation with a police officer. “My thoughts and prayers are with them during this difficult time."
Richards’ closest friend on the Bravo show, Brandi Glanville, also took to Twitter Thursday.
“Real friends are there in the good times, the bad times & especially the worst times. I am blessed with real friends & am a real friend myself,” Glanville tweeted, while also thanking Richards for making a donation to her sons’ school. “Wanted to say thank you to @KimRichards11 for donating to our school auction in the middle of all she has going on! so proud of her,” she added.
Lisa Rinna, who had a massive blowup with Richards in Amsterdam which aired during season five, also tweeted her support. "I was sad to hear about Kim’s incident and I wish her and her family the best," she wrote Thursday afternoon.
Lisa Vanderpump offered: "U can’t help somebody til they want to help themselves,I know for sure that the sisters will always support each other when the time comes."
Richards’ estranged sister Kyle Richards has yet to comment on her arrest.
As previously reported, the former child star, 50, was arrested and charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer after making a drunk scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel and then proceeding to kick an officer while being booked at the station.
