Wisdom is on her side. Kourtney Kardashian shared a Bible verse on Wednesday, Sept. 2, about guarding her heart, following her high-profile split from Scott Disick this past July.
Quoting Proverbs 4, a passage that specifically instructs about wisdom, Kardashian pulled out one key verse that resonated with her current situation.
Proverbs 4:23 “Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life.” Via deep texts with @richwilkersonjr ????????

The mom of three, 36, has been on a healing journey since breaking things off with her boyfriend of nine years earlier this summer. As reported by Us Weekly at the time, Kardashian ended the relationship after Disick was caught cozying up to his ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli in the South of France.
In recent weeks, Kim and Khloe’s big sister has been focused on moving forward. Along with hitting up the gym and spending frequent time with her famous family, Kardashian has been mentally distancing herself from her ex, with whom she shares three kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 8 months.
In late August, the reality star tweeted a cryptic quote by Albert Einstein about repeating bad behavior. “Insanity,” she wrote. “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
Several weeks prior, Kourtney posted another quote about sticking to her decisions. “The more you love your decisions, the less you need others to love them,” she shared with fans.
It appears that she’s found solace in God, too, after tagging pastor Rich Wilkerson in her tweet on Wednesday. Wilkerson, as many will recall, was the handsome Miami-based pastor who officiated Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s Florentine nuptials last May.
The religious leader replied to Kardashian with some words of encouragement. “@kourtneykardash ur a legend!!” he tweeted at the KUWTK star. “Best is yet to come.”
