Lindsie Chrisley was allegedly “belligerent” when law enforcement caught up with her following the domestic incident with her boyfriend, David Landsman, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
A report obtained by Us from Cherokee County officials in Georgia revealed Landsman, 52, called police to report his girlfriend, 36, “broke into [his] house” and assaulted him before leaving in her white Lexus.
During the call, which was placed on Friday, April 10, at 1:09 a.m., Landsman claimed Chrisley “punched” him. He was bleeding but refused an ambulance, per the document.
According to the report, Chrisley was first considered the alleged suspect. When officers from Woodstock Police Department made contact with Chrisley, they noted she was “belligerent on the phone.”

However, law enforcement indicated in the report that the former Chrisley Knows Best star was not drunk and did not possess any illegal drugs or firearms.
They were “told not to arrest her” but to take her statement, sharing they were informed ahead of time that she “possibly has bruises too” from the altercation with Landsman.
Another report from later that day showed that Chrisley followed up with officers at 12:08 p.m. to ask about her dog. She told authorities that her animal was present during the incident and was “trying to find out how to get” her pet or see whether it was taken to animal control.
Chrisley was not available for comment at the time of this publication.
The former reality star ended up filing a protective order against Landsman after he was arrested for aggravated assault, strangulation and battery last week.
In Chrisley’s filing, obtained by Us, she alleged her boyfriend became “verbally aggressive” after he saw a photo on her phone of what he thought was another man. He reportedly “apologized for his behavior once he confirmed the photo was of himself” but “remained somewhat on edge for the rest of the evening.”
Things allegedly escalated once they returned to Landsman’s home and Chrisley informed him “it would be best for her to step away from the relationship for the time being” due to “some things currently going on” in his life, per the filing.
According to Chrisley, he “became agitated and aggravated” and allegedly “strangled” her “multiple times.” At one point, Landsman reportedly strangled her “with one hand and held her up so that her feet were off the ground.”
She then “punched [Landsman] near his eyebrow to get him to stop strangling her,” her filing read.
Chrisley alleged that “[Landsman] grabbed [her] by the throat again and opened the door and threw her outside. [She] hit her head on the concrete” but was able to leave.
In Chrisley’s protective order request, she said that police allegedly discovered she “had lacerations on her head from being thrown onto the ground and noted marks on [Chrisley]’s neck from being strangled.”
Landsman was also injured, as his mugshot showed blood dripping down his face.
He is scheduled to appear in court on May 6 to “show cause why the requests of [Chrisley] should not be granted.”
