Michael Jackson has been accused of sexual assault again in a new lawsuit.

Four of Dominic and Connie Cascio’s children filed a lawsuit against Jackson’s estate, claiming the late pop icon repeatedly raped and molested them, according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

Jackson had been friends with Dominic, who managed a luxury hotel where the “Thriller” artist often stayed, before his death in 2009. He regularly invited the Cascios to his Neverland Ranch, and they extended invitations to their New Jersey residence. The next year, three of Dominic and Cascio’s kids claimed in a December 2010 interview that they “never” were abused by Jackson.

However, four of the five Cascio children now tell The New York Times that the denial was a lie because they were allegedly groomed to protect Jackson.

“We were brainwashed, we were groomed,” Eddie Cascio claimed in the Friday, April 24, report, alleging that Jackson taught them to always defend his reputation because he was “the biggest star in the world.”

All five siblings now claim that they were each repeatedly molested by Jackson when they were children. (One of the Cascio siblings is not a part of the lawsuit, which an attorney for the family told The Times is for legal reasons.)

Aldo Cascio claimed he was 7 years old when Jackson gave him oral sex while they were in bed together. Aldo said the sex acts continued for years as he eventually realized it was wrong.

“I’m just going to live to die,” Aldo said of the reason he never disclosed the alleged incidents until now.

According to the court docs obtained by Us, Jackson’s abuse allegedly occurred at his home, during tour stops and on vacations. Aldo further claimed that Jackson requested they go to “Disneyland,” an alleged code request for sex, just days before the singer’s death.

Jackson died in 2009 at the age of 50 and is survived by children Prince, 29, Paris, 28, and Bigi, 24. (Jackson shared Paris and Prince with ex-wife Debbie Rowe, later welcoming Bigi via a surrogate.)

In the years after his death, Michael has been accused of sexual assault on numerous occasions. His estate has vehemently denied every claim. He was also acquitted of molestation charges during a 2005 trial.

“The family staunchly defended Michael Jackson for more than 25 years, attesting to his innocence of inappropriate conduct,” attorney Marty Singer told The Times in a statement. “This new court filing is a transparent forum-shopping tactic in their scheme to obtain hundreds of millions of dollars from Michael’s estate and companies.”

Us Weekly has reached out for comment.

The Times further reported that the Cascio siblings told Michael’s estate about the alleged abuse years before filing their suit. The parties reportedly reached an agreement in 2020 that saw the Cascios receive $16 million over five years. The siblings told the newspaper that the payments ended in 2025 after seeking additional compensation.
