Here comes the bride! Patrick J. Adams married his longtime girlfriend, Troian Bellisario, on Saturday, December 10, Us Weekly has confirmed.
The Suits actor, 35, and the Pretty Little Liars star, 31, tied the knot in a romantic wedding ceremony in Southern California. The camping-theme soirée, which was part of a three-day celebration titled Fort Day, featured 200 guests, including Suits' Sarah Rafferty, Pretty Little Liars' Keegan Allen, Star Trek's Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto and Scandal's Katie Lowes and husband Adam Shapiro.
Adams and Bellisario kicked off the celebration by welcoming their guests outside the venue. "Thank you guys so much. Have the greatest weekend; that's all that we want for this wedding," the actor said into a microphone. "We're so happy to have you. Let it begin!"

The night before the wedding, the groom and his pals Allen, 27, and Brendan Hines serenaded friends and family with an outdoor performance, according to Instagram posts by Shapiro and Pretty Little Liars actress Lulu Brud. (Bellisario also joined Adams for a song.)
Adams also shared an Instagram photo of himself standing in front of an "Almost Married" bus with his bride-to-be on Friday, December 9. "It begins… ," he wrote.

The TV stars, who met in 2009 while costarring in the play Equivocation, got engaged in January 2014. "I'm still loving all of it," Bellisario gushed to Us that June.
Adams later told Entertainment Tonight that he planned to keep wedding plans under wraps. "That's kind of our game plan," he said in August. "But obviously we're both incredibly excited. Once it does [happen], we'll make sure that the world knows."
The newlyweds encouraged their guests to donate to the David Suzuki Foundation and SickKids Hospital in lieu of gifts.
