Paul Nassif will no longer be kept from seeing his kids.
Last week, the 50-year-old plastic surgeon's estranged wife Adrienne Maloof was granted temporary custody of their three boys after she accused Nassif of physically abusing their sons. But in court on Wednesday, Nassif was granted two visits with his kids before another custody hearing on Oct. 6.
According to TMZ, Nassif went to court Wednesday with a report from the Department of Children and Family Services that he never abused his kids. He will now get to see his children during monitored visits on Sept. 29 and Oct. 6.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars, who share sons Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6, both filed for divorce on Aug. 28. Maloof was issued a temporary restraining order against Nassif last week.
Shortly after, Nassif took to his Facebook page to vent. "The phrase, 'All is fair in love and war' must have been penned by a divorce attorney," he wrote. "I'm very disappointed in the ridiculous tactics that are being used that potentially compromise my relationship with my children. As I've said throughout this ordeal, the most important thing is the health, happiness and stability of my kids. I hate to see others using them as pawns."
On Wednesday he tweeted, "Good day. Very good day. I get to see my boys again!"
