Prince Harry Meets Niece Princess Charlotte for the First Time!

Prince Harry finally met his niece Princess Charlotte at Anmer Hall on May 22.

Harry and Charlie! Almost three weeks after her birth, Princess Charlotte finally got to meet her uncle Prince Harry at Anmer Hall on Friday, May 22, Us Weekly confirms. The redheaded royal, 30, was away at military training in Australia for the heralded birth of his first niece.

Harry then went on a tour of New Zealand before finally making his way back to England to meet the daughter of his older brother Prince William and his sister-in-law Kate Middleton

“Harry was counting down the days to meet Charlotte,” a source tells Us. “He was very excited. An extremely proud uncle.”

Then on Sunday, May 24, Harry competed in the Jerudong Trophy tournament at the Cirencester Park Polo Club, which will raise money for numerous charities including MapAction and WellChild, both of which Harry is a beneficiary.

After completing training of his own, the proud uncle was recently vocal about his support of the Armed Forces.

“I would definitely encourage George, and Charlotte if she wants to, to have some sort of involvement in the Armed Forces, guaranteed,” Harry told the Sunday Times. “And I know that William and Catherine would probably echo that as well, depending on the situation for them in those years to come.”
