Rob Gronkowski is clearing the air after speculation swirled of his rumored involvement with Turning Point USA.
Gronkowski, 37, and his girlfriend, Camille Kostek, were spotted outside a New Hampshire polling place on Tuesday, November 3, per social media footage. At one point, the former NFL star signed merchandise and posed for photos with fans in front of a tent bearing the Turning Point logo. (Turning Point is a conservative organization founded by Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed in 2025. His widow, Erika Kirk, took over after his death.)
After Gronkowski’s Election Day outing, rumors flew about his political affiliations. A rep for Turning Point has since confirmed to CBS News that Gronkowski is not part of their group but did walk past a branded table. The retired tight end also addressed the speculation directly.
“It has been upsetting and eye-opening to see the narratives around my visit to NH on Election Day with Camille,” Gronkowski wrote in a statement shared via his Instagram Story on Thursday, November 5. “In regard to the images and videos circulating, we are not endorsed by or affiliated with Turning Point USA.”
He continued, “After stopping at Goffstown High School, we crossed the street to greet excited fans yelling out our names before leaving to the next location. We simply took some pictures, and I signed some things for them before leaving.”
Gronkowski further stressed that he posed for photos with individuals “across the political spectrum” on Tuesday.
“We are here to shut down the false narratives,” he continued. “It’s disappointing to see an innocent moment stripped of context and turned into clickbait. Our message has always been and always will be to treat everyone with kindness and hope you all will do the same.”

Kostek, 34, reposted Gronkowski’s statement via her own social media account.
Gronkowski and the former NFL cheerleader have been together since 2013, often getting candid about whether marriage will eventually be in the cards.
“When I was 21, I definitely thought I would have been married with kids by now and sometimes I go back and I judge myself — or even now,” Kostek told People in May. “I was talking to Rob’s mom the other day. It was Mother’s Day. I was like, ‘Remind me again when you had your first?’ And she was like, ‘I was 22.’ I sat down and I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh. I’m so behind.’”
According to Kostek, Gronkowski’s mom advised her that “everyone has their own journey.”
“This is a reminder to self and a reminder to others that we are not meant to follow the same journey,” Kostek said at the time. “There is not a book of life. There is not a right way to live and a wrong way to live. Just letting go and giving yourself that grace. What’s meant for me will never pass me by is such a beautiful feeling and such a beautiful reminder that I always have to bring back to myself.”
