Ryan Seacrest has noticed certain side effects of his longtime bachelor lifestyle.

“Recently single behavior, RSB, you can spot this stuff,” Seacrest, 51, said on the Wednesday, October 28, episode of his On Air With Ryan Seacrest radio show, discussing the latest dating trends. “Somebody changes the color of their hair [is an example of] recently single behavior Everybody has their own way of doing it.”

Seacrest further noted that he has RSB — with only the “SB” initials.

“I have LSB, [which is] longtime single behavior,” he quipped.

Seacrest recently sparked romance rumors with Dutch model Maxime Nova, but has seemingly been single since his breakup from model Aubrey Paige in 2024 after three years together. Prior to his relationship with Paige, the TV host dated the likes of Julianne Hough, Shana Wall and Shayna Taylor and had long been candid about eventually meeting The One and settling down.

“I’m happy in the present moment,” he told guest cohost Lisa Rinna on an August 2022 episode of Live With Kelly and Ryan. “I don’t think about anything else. Why push it? I think having kids at the right time would be great. I have a fantastic family, a very small family. I have a niece, [my sister] Meredith has a daughter. My parents have been married 52 and a half years, so that’s a high bar. So that’s in my head.”

At the time, Seacrest noted that his parents set a “high bar” for marriage.

“The truth is, I have this thing that I don’t want to screw it up and a lot of times, they get screwed up,” he said on a 2017 episode of Live.  “I figure, the longer I wait, the older I’ll be, the closer to death I am, so I can get it in, and not screw it up.”

Ryan’s parents, Connie and Gary Seacrest, were married for nearly 55 years before Gary’s death in October 2025 after a battle with prostate cancer.

“Losing someone so close to you — my dad, my best friend — you realize that life is short,” Ryan exclusively told Us in December 2025 of grieving his father. “You’ve got to make the most of it every day. Some of the little things that we let bother us are not important in the grand scheme. That resonated with me.”

As Ryan focused on making new memories, he insinuated that he was open to finding love via dating apps.

“I love ‘Love Is in the Air.’ I am so excited to watch all of these shows,” Ryan said on a March episode of Wheel of Fortune. “And I’ll be on Tinder tonight, so I can find it.”

He later clarified that his comment was made in jest and he was, in fact, “not on Tinder.”
