Looking good! Sam Smith first showed off a shocking weight loss earlier this year, and the British crooner is now looking better than ever as he maintains his slimmed-down figure.
Smith, 23, hit Miami this past weekend and showed off his skinny new body in close-fitting T-shirts and shirtless shots on Instagram. While he wrote that he is “completely and utterly in love” with Miami, the star took home one painful souvenir in the form of a brutal sunburn.
The “Stay With Me” singer stopped by the sexy city for his ongoing In the Lonely Hour Tour. After making stops in Europe and Australia, he is scheduled to tour the United States throughout the summer before making additional stops in Europe and continuing on to South America and Asia.
The Grammy winner is keeping active and healthy as he tours the world, keeping the trim figure that he first showed off this past March. Smith previously revealed that he lost 14 pounds in two weeks on a diet and exercise program.
“I met a woman who has completely changed my life,” Smith wrote on Instagram in March. “Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food. Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy. It’s not even about weight loss it’s about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia & thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer #eatnourishglow.”
Nutritionist Freer recently penned the book Eat. Nourish. Glow., which purports to teach readers the “10 principles of healthy eating.” She told Good Morning America earlier this year that in working with Smith she focused on “getting back in the kitchen, cooking from scratch, making sure they are not relying on junk processed convenience food.”
Smith, who is single after splitting from Jonathan Zeizel in January, seems to have changed his lifestyle. He now regularly shares shots via Instagram of the healthy meals he’s whipped up and images of himself at the gym.
