Real Housewives of New York‘s Kelly Killoren Bensimon isn’t afraid to bring on the drama — or take off her clothes!
The reality star, 41, makes her nude Playboy debut in a six-page spread in the magazine’s March issue; Playboy shared two sneak peek shots exclusively with UsMagazine.com.
Bensimon says that she’s “thrilled…to show the world that a 41-year-old mother of two can be sexy!”
For the in-the-buff pictorial, she turned to ex-husband Gilles Bensimon, a noted fashion photographer with whom she has two daughters. “I knew he would make me look beautiful and sexy,” she adds. “I hope I made Hef proud!”
At a dinner in New York City Tuesday, Bensimon told UsMagazine.com how she prepped for the daunting shoot: “I literally drank beer — Corona — and ate chicken wings for two weeks!” she admittted.
The Manhattanite explained she “wanted to show my real body, not some worked out, over-toned body” in the photos. (About a month before the September shoot, Bensimon explained that was “really, really thin” from summertime equestrian competitions.)
“I’m pretty full in those pictures, but I like it. That’s really me. That’s what I look like. It’s real,” said Bensimon. “I want people to enjoy their life, not be starving and going to get a colonic because they think they need to be skinnier. ”
