No more blank space! Taylor Swift has moved on from Calvin Harris — and fans are losing their minds over her potential new beau! The “Wildest Dreams” singer was caught kissing Tom Hiddleston in Rhode Island on Tuesday, June 14.
“Taylor and Tom is so good like yas queen go get him,” one tweeter wrote. A second joked: “Well Taylor and Tom didn’t really keep there relationship loki.” (Hiddleston plays villain Loki in Marvel’s Thor franchise.)
In the photos, obtained by The Sun, Swift, 26, and Hiddleston, 35, make out on a rock overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Some other pictures show the two taking a selfie, Swift resting her head on Hiddleston’s shoulder and the hunky Brit helping her navigate the uneven terrain.
As previously reported, Hiddleston and Swift had a dance-off at the Met Gala in NYC on May 2. “I love dancing. Who doesn’t? It’s a weird one [that it went viral]. I haven’t actually danced for a long time, but I happened to be dancing at the Met Gala because it was a party,” Hiddleston told the Press Association days later. “I was [at] a table with Taylor Swift, and The Weeknd was playing, and she said, ‘The thing about these parties is nobody gets up to dance.’ She, as a musician, was like, ‘We’ve got to dance for The Weeknd.’ So we got up and danced.”
Their new hookup comes just weeks after Swift and Harris, 32, ended their nearly 15-month romance. “It just wasn’t working anymore,” a source told Us on June 1. “She’s OK.”
Another insider said, “She used to talk about their future a lot — marriage, babies. And although he wants all of that, it just felt a bit like she was all full steam ahead, whereas he is more of a slow-and-steady, “let things progress organically” kind of guy. It’s a shame because Taylor is a lovely girl. But it just obviously wasn’t meant to be.”
The Scottish DJ, who was the one to break things off, tweeted about the split on June 2. “The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” he wrote to his more than 7 million Twitter followers. Swift quickly retweeted the comment.
Harris’ fans appear to catch everything. Hours before Swift and Hiddleston’s pics surfaced, the musician tweeted and deleted, “Oh boy it’s about to go down.” Additionally, fans noticed that Harris unfollowed Swift and her brother, Austin Swift, and the “Style” singer deleted several photos of Harris from her Instagram account.
“Calvin Harris is pissed Taylor Swift is dating Tom Hiddleston? Guess he shouldn’t have dumped her then,” one tweeter wrote. A second added: “Calvin Harris is petty af lmao.”
