The beloved X-Men and Star Trek actor first tied the knot with Sheila Falconer in 1966. The pair divorced in 1990.
In 2000, Stewart married Wendy Neuss, though they called it quits three years later.
The Logan star later married singer and songwriter Sunny Ozell in 2013.
Stewart died on October 28, 2026, after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body dementia. He was 86.
“[Patrick experienced] a brief and poignant journey with Alzheimer’s disease and Lewy body dementia,” his spokesperson, Kelly Bush Novak, said in a statement.

Who Was Patrick Stewart’s 1st Wife, Sheila Falconer?
Falconer is a British actress, dancer and choreographer known for her work in films and TV shows including Half a Sixpence (1967), Hugh and I (1964) and Turn-Up for Tony (1968).
Stewart and Falconer were married for 24 years before their divorce in 1990. During their marriage, the pair welcomed two children: son Daniel, born in 1967, and daughter Sophie Alexandra, born in 1972.
In his 2023 memoir, Making It So, Stewart revealed that his first marriage ended after an affair with his Star Trek: The Next Generation costar Jennifer Hetrick.
“My first divorce was harrowing. And I was to blame for it being harrowing,” he wrote. “I was the one responsible. Yet I also felt that getting divorced was ultimately the most responsible thing I could do.”
Stewart also admitted that the divorce led to his dependency on alcohol and sleeping pills.

Neuss is an American TV and film producer who worked on the Star Trek franchise, as well as the TV movies A Christmas Carol (1999), King of Texas (2002) and The Lion in Winter (2003).
Neuss and Stewart met while working on Star Trek: The Next Generation and got engaged in 1997. The exes were married from 2000 to 2003. They did not have any children together.
In his book, Stewart admitted that his marriage to Neuss ended after he had an affair with actress Lisa Dillon while they costarred in The Master Builder.
“And so, another divorce. I felt stupid and responsible … I had cheated on my wife with a younger woman — again,” Stewart wrote. “There is no getting around that.”

Stewart and Ozell, an American singer and songwriter, met while she was working as a waitress in a Brooklyn restaurant. She was 39 years his junior.
“It was not lost on me that in some quarters, eyebrows were raised at me marrying a woman younger than my own children,” Stewart wrote of the relationship in his memoir, adding that their lasting marriage is “a testimony to our enduring and very real love.”
Stewart and Ozell tied the knot in September 2013 in a ceremony near Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The ceremony was officiated by Stewart’s close friend and X-Men costar Ian McKellan. Stewart and Ozell were still married at the time of the Logan star’s death.
“Happy 11th anniversary to my dear Sunny. You make everything better and brighter, my love,” he wrote via Instagram in September 2024.
