Amanda Batula is seemingly walking away from In the City ahead of its sophomore season.

“Kyle [Cooke] realized that when Amanda declined to film the upcoming season of #inthecity that he could no longer control or manipulate her anymore and melted down in West [Wilson]’s IG comments,” one fan wrote via X on Thursday, October 29, referring to Amanda’s estranged husband, Kyle, 44, calling her boyfriend, West, 31, a “coke-head” who “blew” up Amanda’s life in a since-deleted Instagram comment.

Amanda, 35, appeared to endorse fan theory, reposting the message to her X page with a target emoji. The Bravolebrity has not publicly confirmed her exit from In the City, which was renewed for a second season earlier this month. (Us reached out to Bravo for comment.)

In the City, a spinoff of the network’s Summer House, premiered in May after the 10th season of the tentpole series. The new show followed OG stars Amanda, then-husband Kyle and pal Lindsay Hubbard’s life in the Big Apple with their friend group.

Ahead of the In the City premiere, Amanda and Kyle announced in January that they had separated after four years of marriage.

“After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple,” the now-exes wrote in a joint social media statement. “We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing.”

They continued at the time, “It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time. Since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter.”

Just two months later, Amanda confirmed that she had started casually seeing former Summer House costar West — who previously dated her BFF Ciara Miller. (Both Amanda and West have fervently denied any relationship overlap.)

West and Amanda’s romance revelation raised eyebrows from the rest of their housemates and, as a result, they were not enlisted to film the upcoming 11th season of Summer House that was taped this past summer.

Kyle, for his part, did return for Summer House season 11 with a new mindset.

“I did have a fun summer,” Kyle exclusively told Us earlier in October. “I definitely didn’t want to rush into a relationship without kind of getting out there and actually having some fun without any type of ramifications.”

According to the Loverboy founder, he “tippy-toed” back into the dating scene this summer.

“You’ll see a little bit of that on Summer House. Me just trying to navigate, you know, hookups and friends with benefits and, like, ‘What are we?’ Those types of conversations,” he teased to Us. “[My] goal was just to have a fun summer, [and I did], kind of, put myself out there.”

As for Amanda and West, a source previously told Us in August their romance was “still going strong.”

Summer House season 11 will return in 2027, while In the City season 2 does not yet have a premiere date.
