They may have not known which casino was Monaco's most popular casino, but that didn't stop Meghan Rickey and Cheyne Whitney from finishing in front of the pack on Sunday's Amazing Race finale.

"This has been such a learning experience," Rickey said about her Amazing Race experience with her boyfriend of more than five years. "Every step of the way has been so neat."

To beat out final three couples Brian and Ericka and Sam and Dan for season 15's grand prize, the pair had to fly into their final destination of Las Vegas to bungee through the air as part of a Cirque du Soleil stunt, count $1 million in poker chips and locate Vegas legend Wayne Newton's home.

Rickey, an account executive, and Whitney, a brand manager, hit a bump in their finale road when it came to locating a replica of Monaco's most famous casino, the Monte Carlo. Asking a clueless cabdriver for assistance, the pair ended up at the Venetian hotel before getting back on track. The couple caught up time counting the poker chips, a task the other couples had to complete at least twice.

The couple, both 23, who met playing a game of elementary school tetherball, were thankful to complete the race together — a challenge that has driven many couples in their position apart.

"The whole experience in itself was life-changing, and the money is not even as important as what we got to do together," Whitney said after being crowned the winner. "It was the perfect race. It could not have been any better."
