Ariana Madix is having a severe case of deja vu after her “girl” Ciara Miller was seemingly betrayed by her Summer House costars West Wilson and Amanda Batula amid their new romance. How does Ariana plan to fix it? With a spritz or two!
“Oh, I would give my girl Ciara a drink. I wish — if I could find her,” Ariana, 40, exclusively told Us Weekly while visiting Coachella’s Aperol Day Club on Friday, April 10, noting that Ciara, 30, is certainly the person in the Bravoverse who “needs a drink most right now.”
“We’re gonna take [a] shot together,” Madix continued, adding that everything from a concert to a “day in the sun or, honestly, a bad day” can be “improved” with a good drink.
When asked if Ciara was at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California, that weekend, Ariana played coy, responding, “I don’t know. Is she?”
Ariana’s shout-out to Ciara comes less than a month after her Summer House costars, ex-boyfriend West, 31, and best friend Amanda, 34, confirmed their platonic relationship had “evolved” into something more.
The hookup bombshell shook the Summer House community — fans and castmates alike — with many comparing the revelation to Vanderpump Rules’ infamous “Scandoval” drama that unfolded after Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana with her friend and fellow costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss . Us confirmed in March 2023 that Ariana and Sandoval, 43, split after dating nine years once news of his affair made headlines.
In the wake of Scandoval, Rachel, 31, left the show for good, while Ariana and Sandoval returned for season 11 — avoiding each other at all costs.
The tension between the former couple and their divided friend group was evident throughout the season, resulting in Bravo announcing in 2024 that it would be rebooting Vanderpump Rules with a new cast the following year.
Summer House’s West and Amanda, meanwhile, sparked romance speculation in March after they were spotted spending time together outside of the show. The rumored relationship came after Amanda and husband Kyle Cooke, who is an original Summer House cast member, announced their split in January after four years of marriage.
West, for his part, dated Ciara in 2023 but was flirty with her throughout season 10 of the Bravo series, which filmed in summer 2025.
After West and Amanda confirmed their relationship in March, a source told Us that the relationship drama was even messier than fans first assumed.
“West was hitting on Ciara, and they had hooked up recently, about three to four weeks ago,” an insider exclusively told Us on April 3, claiming that Ciara “didn’t know anything about Amanda, though. No one did.”
Kyle, 43, has since broken his silence on the scandal, admitting that he gave West a “hall pass” after being “handsy” with Amanda during filming. In the wake of the pair’s confirmed romance, Kyle admitted he has started to rethink their dynamic.
Ciara, for her part, has hinted at the drama multiple times over the past month. While promoting her partnership with Sephora on Saturday, April 11, Ciara took a jab at her ex and former friend, captioning the Instagram collab, “@sephora actually rewards loyalty.”
She also revealed on the Euphoria red carpet that if “you steal a friend’s ex-boyfriend” then “I feel like you oughta get married.”
