Only tricks and no treats for these kids! Jimmy Kimmel kept up with tradition by asking parents at home to pretend they ate their kids’ Halloween candy. The result, like the videos in previous years, was absolutely priceless (and repeat-worthy!).
One little boy got straight to the point when his mom teased that she snarfed all of his treats. “You ruined my life!” he screamed.
Two young girls similarly threw temper tantrums. The first hurled her head back onto her pillow and the other caused havoc in the family’s kitchen. (Chairs were thrown!).
“Jimmy Kimmel said I should eat all your candy,” a dad said to his son, putting all the blame on the late-night host.
In one clip, a cute boy appeared to be concerned for his mom. “All of it? Every single bite?” he asked. “You must have a bellyache.”
An older girl, on the other hand, had some stern advice. When her mom said she ate the Halloween candy because she was hungry, her daughter snapped: “Eat an apple.”
As for the rest? Some kiddies were surprisingly okay knowing that their hours of trick-or-treating were all for nothing. But others? Oh, the tears — and curse words!
