Liv Morgan took aim at Nikki Garcia’s relationship status after the gloves came off during WWE Raw.
Morgan, 31, slammed Nikki, 42, online after the former came face-to-face with her twin sister, Brie Garcia, and fellow WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Paige during the Monday, May 11, showdown, in Knoxville, Tennessee, leading to barbs being exchanged online.
“I can’t believe ur tweeting me from home with ur broken ass ankle 😂 but since you want my attention … Ur sister and Beige should be embarrassed,” Morgan wrote via X. “Next week @RaquelWWE & @roxanne_wwe are gonna be our NEW WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions 🤩 & as for you ? You can just keep on watching me 😌 Happy Mother’s Day btw, much love to all the single mothers out there 🫶 See you soon loser 😘.”
The drama reached a boiling point after Morgan first replied to a WWE post about Paige (real name Saraya-Jade Bevis) and Brie’s upcoming RAW appearance with a yawning face emoji. The Bella Twins joint X account responded, “You mean you as champ and a singer right??? Major [multiple yawning face emojis].”
Fans couldn’t help but hone in on Morgan’s “single mother” reference in her clapback, which appeared to be a direct dig following Nikki’s divorce from ex-husband Artem Chigvintsev, which was finalized in May 2025 after two years of marriage.
“Much love to all the single mothers out there,” one social media user replied to the tweet, posting a meme of a man with a grimacing expression. “NO TF YOU DIDN’T! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭” another replied. “Nothing wrong with single moms either remember that before u get bta from a real fighter saying that bs,” a third wrote in Nikki’s defense.

Nikki filed for divorce from the Dancing With the Stars pro, 43, in September 2024. The former couple tied the knot in August 2022 and welcomed their 5-year-old son, Matteo, in July 2020.
Brie, 42, previously stepped in on her sister’s behalf for WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas while Nikki remained on her road to recovery.
“I tried really to overcome this injury and unfortunately, I couldn’t get medically cleared today,” she said onstage before introducing Paige, 33. “I wasn’t going to ruin Brie’s WrestleMania moment. So, to take my place, I called an old friend.”
In recent weeks, Nikki has been recovering from an ankle injury sustained during a Friday Night SmackDown tag team match on March 27.
“Fractured, tore and sprained my ankle,” Nikki wrote in text in a video posted on April 18 via X. “It’s been a painful two weeks.”
When asked how long her recovery will be, Nikki anticipated, “6-8 weeks hopefully.”
